Music flows while you rotate through Savu’s signature contrast therapy experience. Detox in the sauna, plunge into the cold, rest & repeat as desired and enjoy lakeside hangs as the sun sets with a can of Guinep in hand. Come and go at your own pace — this is your time to recharge.
LATER
Music flows while you move through Savu’s signature contrast therapy. Sweat it out in the sauna, plunge into the cold, rest & repeat, then kick back lakeside with a Guinep as the DJ spins. Come and go at your own pace — just remember we’re sharing the heat.
Keep sauna doors closed, go easy on the löyly (water on the rocks), and let everyone soak it in. This is your time to recharge, together.
As sun goes down, the DJs turn up for a dance party to keep us moving and toasty or you can hang out/ meditate/cozy up in our warming tents!
