Music flows while you move through Savu’s signature contrast therapy. Sweat it out in the sauna, plunge into the cold, rest & repeat, then kick back lakeside with a Guinep as the DJ spins. Come and go at your own pace — just remember we’re sharing the heat. Keep sauna doors closed, go easy on the löyly (water on the rocks), and let everyone soak it in. This is your time to recharge, together.
